Insurance: currently I do not directly bill insurance. Evaluations and therapy sessions may be eligible for out-of-network coverage and I am happy to provide a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider.
An initial 15-minute phone consultation is provided free of charge.
Initial Evaluation Session — $375
Duration: 60–90 minutes of direct interaction.
What’s Included: A detailed case history review, clinical observations, standardized or informal testing, and a comprehensive written report with neurodiversity-affirming recommendations.
Travel Perk: For initial in-person evaluations, the mobile service fee is waived for families in Zones 1-3. (Standard fees apply for Zone 4 and beyond).
Additional Complex or Multi-Area Testing — $200/hr
For children requiring deep-dive assessments in multiple areas (e.g., both a full AAC evaluation and a comprehensive language battery), additional testing time may be required. I will provide a transparent estimate of time and costs following our initial intake call.
Therapy Sessions (In-Home, Community-based, or virtual)
Individual Therapy Sessions
Standard Session (45 min): $160 + Mobile Fee. Ideal for most in-home sessions or children who benefit from extended guided practice and intentional rapport building. Children who receive services in multiple areas (e.g., articulation and language) or use AAC are often good candidates for a 45-minute session.
“Short Burst” Sessions (30 min): $120 + Mobile Fee. Available only for siblings or neighborhood "clusters". There must be two or more children seen in the same location (home, school, community setting) to book this type of session. Children who qualify for services in just one area (e.g., articulation OR language) or who receive sessions twice per week are good candidates for a 30-minute session.
Note—for clustered sessions (Standard Sessions and “Short Burst” Sessions) the mobile service fee is discounted to reflect that multiple children are seen at the same site. Pricing remains consistent regardless of variations in client attendance.

Shared Site (2+ clients in the same location)—$15: available in any of our Zone 1-4 area codes
Zone 2 — $25 : 98007, 98005, 98052 (Redmond/Bellevue)
Zone 3 — $30: 98004, 98006, 98027, 98033 (Downtown Bellevue, Issaquah, Kirkland)
Zone 4 — $35+: 98040, 98029, 98053 (Mercer Island, Sammamish)
Parent Consultation
Whether you need help navigating the school system or want strategies for your daily routines at home, I offer dedicated consultation sessions tailored to your family's needs.
Focused Strategy Session — $200
A 45–60 minute phone or video meeting to discuss a specific concern, brainstorm strategies, or walk through a specific section of school paperwork. This is ideal for parents who need a "gut check" or immediate troubleshooting.
The "Deep Dive" Evaluation and IEP Review — $300
A comprehensive review of your child’s current IEP and recent evaluations, followed by a 60-minute strategy session. You will receive written notes and talking points designed to help you collaborate effectively and confidently with your school team. Includes review of up to 40 pages of documentation; additional fees may apply for extensive file reviews.
