Insurance: currently I do not directly bill insurance. Evaluations and therapy sessions may be eligible for out-of-network coverage and I am happy to provide a detailed superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider.
A Note on Financial Accessibility: Therapy is an investment, and I firmly believe that financial limitations shouldn't stand in the way of affirming support. I offer a limited number of sliding scale slots for families who need financial flexibility or face systemic barriers to accessing private care.
If my standard rates are a barrier for your family, please let me know when you reach out. We can discuss a rate that feels sustainable for both of us—no awkward paperwork or justification required.
An initial 15-minute phone consultation is provided free of charge.
Evaluation
Evaluation Session — starting at $375
Duration: 60–90 minutes of direct interaction.
What’s Included: A detailed case history review, clinical observations, standardized or informal testing, and a comprehensive written report.
If your child has recently been evaluated by another SLP, then we may be able to skip an evaluation and move directly to therapy.
Therapy Session
Individual Therapy Session: $160*
Duration: 45 minutes
What’s Included: therapy in a natural setting where your child learns best, including your home, a community setting, or school (if allowed by your child’s school team).
*Additional $25 mobile service fee required for in-person sessions. This fee is waived for residents in the 98008 and 98006 area codes.
Parent Consultation
Whether you need help navigating the school system or want strategies for your daily routines at home, I offer dedicated consultation sessions tailored to your family's needs.
Focused Strategy Session — $160
A 45–60 minute phone or video meeting to discuss a specific concern, brainstorm strategies, or walk through a specific section of school paperwork. This is ideal for parents who need a "gut check" or immediate troubleshooting.
The "Deep Dive" Evaluation and IEP Review — $300
A comprehensive review of your child’s current IEP and recent evaluations, followed by a 60-minute strategy session. You will receive written notes and talking points designed to help you collaborate effectively and confidently with your school team. Includes review of up to 40 pages of documentation; additional fees may apply for extensive file reviews.
